Refund policy

Because every Giraa piece is made to order by hand, we ask that you read this policy carefully. We stand behind our craft — and we will always make things right if something goes wrong on our end.

ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Since all Giraa pieces are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

To begin a return, contact us on WhatsApp at 0309 661 9198 or email shopgiraa@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

EXCHANGES
We offer a replacement for any item that arrives damaged or with a defect in the knotwork or hardware. Send us a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Colour or size exchanges are not available as each item is made specifically for your order.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
