PROCESSING TIME
Since every Giraa item is handmade to order, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be made and packed before it ships.

DELIVERY
We currently ship within Pakistan only. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or email once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
